‘No! Don’t Touch Me There’ – Pastor Nomthi Odukoya’s New Book Empowers Children To Confront Any Form Of Abuse

Pastor Nomthi Odukoya’s new book “No! Don’t touch me there” addresses early education, and enlightenment for children on parts of their bodies and how to protect same. Nomthi Odukoya who is a Pastor at the Fountain Of Life Church with her husband, Taiwo Odukoya explained why she wrote the book on her website

With the rise in reported cases of child molestation and abuse “Don’t Touch Me There” is a pioneering, child-friendly book that helps Parents and teachers discuss a very important but sensitive subject with children. It teaches children about boundaries and empowers them to confront any form of improper behaviour or abuse and have the confidence to talk to their parents.

21st century children grow and mature quickly and are curious for information and learning from an early age. We have to provide them with the right tools that puts power in their hands, rather than making them victims.

I wrote this book from my experience as an educator and a Pastor working with families. It is my desire to see our children grow up self-assured, confident and well-rounded.

The book is available on Konga
