Whether we participate in national elections or not, our lives are evaded by several levels of political nuances. The office really is a political playground where power is wielded and sought after through various group dynamics.

When I started my first job in Nigeria, I was a real JJC- Jonny Just Come! I knew ‘about’ office politics but I never expected it to be quite so blatant.  Over the years, while I have become more aware of office politics, I have also developed some tried and tested tips for surviving the minefield and wahala that it brings!
