money

Temi-Ashabi Ajibewa, also known as The Millionaire Housewife, is a home business coach. She works with women who want to start, grow, and profit immensely from their home business.

Temi in a live chat on Facebook talks about the three fatal mistakes housewives make. Below are some tips she shared

No record of income

Most times, house-wives don’t keep record of their income. Since some house-wives get all they spend from their husband, they tend not to keep records of how they spend it.
Keeping record is life saving and so, it is necessary to have a notepad where records of your income and your outgoings are written. Note every kobo that comes in or out no matter where they come from.

Spending all

It is a very bad money-habit to spend all you have. Some house-wives will not leave the market until they spend everything they came to the market with. It is important to put aside some, no matter how little it is, so that when there is an urgent need for something, you can fall back on what you have saved.

Not improving yourself

Improving yourself as an house-wife is beyond going to school. It is important to upgrade oneself in other areas of life. Take advantage of the internet. Enrol for online courses. Learn new things. Read up as much as you can
