An associate professor of Law from the University of Jos, has been suspended for allegedly cheating while writing an examination on the 4th of May, this year.
PREMIUM TIMES reported that the lecturer was caught copying from an answer booklet during an examination for a Master’s degree in Research and Public Policy in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
As a result, the lecturer, who is a former head of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law of the Faculty of Law in UNIJOS was suspended, both from work and the masters programme.
She was also suspended from the Presidential Advisory Committee against Corruption.
Although, Benedicta is said to have a Masters in Law, reports said she was working towards another masters in Research and Public Policy.
