Stay at home with the kids or go to work? Many mothers have had to deal with this question at one point or the other, and it has also been a hot subject at the heart of a fierce debate in many homes and in the society for decades.

It is one of the most difficult decisions for many mothers to make, trying to work full time and raising their children at the same, is undoubtedly overwhelming. But staying at home with the children is not without its many challenges too.

Irrespective of this argument between the two parties, motherhood is not an easy job, Vlogger Adanna David says.

In this video, she addresses the debate between the two parties and gives her candid thought.

She said,

With my recent decision to go back to work after a full year of maternity leave, I decided to address the “debate” a lot of women have regarding a mother’s decision to either quit her job or return to work.
