Shade Ladipo is the founder of Avienti limited, a travel company and the co-founder of Enough is Enough, an organisation that demands good governance and public accountability in Nigeria. She is also a media personality and a global shaper at the World Economic Forum.
In an interview on Under 40 CEOs, Shade speaks on her journey to entrepreneurship, how she had to hand over one of her organisation to keep the other running and both has achieved maximum success.
You can have great ideas, you can even set up those great ideas but you don’t have to be the one to run those great ideas. Don’t limit yourself and think I must be the one to do it; I must be the one to execute it. You don’t have to execute it. Start it and if you realise that you would fail because you don’t have the time, hand it over to someone else, there’s no shame in it.
