Beauty and Lifestyle vlogger who is 26 weeks pregnant explained that working out during pregnancy is important for mothers who were working out before they got pregnant.
However, it is not advisable to jump into one if an expectant mother does not have a routine before.
She shares her routine in the video below,
Before I was pregnant, I was on a weight loss journey and I decide even though I was pregnant I would continue to work out and stay active because I think working out during your pregnancy is very important especially if you were working out prior to getting pregnant. I think it is important to keep the workout routine up. But if you do not have a workout routine before then, I wouldn’t advise jumping into any kind of routine.
