“24 Days Of Silence” – Mrs Adeyemo Shares The Story Of Her Son Who Woke Up After 24 Days In Coma

In November 2006, the Adeyemo’s family received a call that their first son, Taiwo had been involved in a ghastly accident. Taiwo was seeing his friends off when a trailer hit him as he was about to cross the road.

On getting to the hospital, the parents were told that it was a bad case as he was diagnosed to have a severe head injury, with seizures that may cause additional brain damage. At a point, Taiwo’s father was giving up hope but his mother faithfully prayed that her son would not die.
