ON HOW PLAYING KIKI HAS INFLUENCED HER CAREER

A lot. It has been an amazing springboard for me. It has projected me very fast, it has been an amazing platform for me and has influenced my career very positively.

MOST MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE WITH FUNKE AKINDELE ON SET OF JENIFA’S DIARY

We’ve been shooting for about two years now. So, there’s been a lot of memorable experiences. In the beginning, when we had just started working, I used to get very nervous on set being around Funke Akindele. I grew up watching her on “I NEED TO KNOW.”

One day, she called me aside and said I should calm down, I should just relax. That day actually turned a lot of things around for me.

ON WHAT SHE LOVES AND HATES ABOUT THE CHARACTER, KIKI

I love the fact that she gives everybody a chance. She is very attentive to people’s problems, she is a good person deep down.

But, I hate the fact that she lets herself get manipulated. From her back story, she comes from a family that’s never around, so she is kind of needy when it comes to other people.

That’s one part of her that I don’t really like, but, apart from that, I really like her.
