Bukola Bolarinwa Receives Queens Young Leaders Award From The Queen Of England

   

Bukola Bolarinwa has received her Queens Young Leaders Award from Her Majesty in Buckingham Palace on Thursday.

The Queen’s Young Leaders Awards recognize and celebrate exceptionally young people aged 18 to 29 in the Commonwealth who are driving change within their communities and transforming people’s lives.

Bukola, the founder of Haima Health Initiative was recognized for encouraging people to donate blood.

She does a monthly campaign drive in partnership with the National Blood Transfusion Service to try to ensure a regular supply of donated blood and to help combat cultural fears about giving blood.

Bukola, on her Instagram page, shared the news.
