Three Things Toke Makinwa Said That Got People Talking This Week

Toke Makinwa stepped on many people’s toes with her new vlog titled, “Weired much”

In the video, she said guys who prefer to chat and guys who do whatsapp calls only, are not serious about the relationship. She believes a man should be able to spend money on phone credit to call a woman instead of chatting or doing whatapp calls.

The video has received a lot of backlash from men and women who do not think a man’s love should be measured by this.

In another vlog titled, “Farting, Snoring, Hair Nets…. Let’s Discuss It” she talked about things she doesn’t like to do in the prescence of her man – farting, snoring and wearing hairnets.

Hairnets? Many women did not agree with Toke on this, they believe she is just being fake.

Toke tweeted  again saying the biblical Jacob worked for eight years for each of his wives, she thinks men now have it too easy and don’t work hard at impressing a woman.

“He worked seven and not eight years for each wife” she was first corrected before they asked her if she can wait for seven years for a man.

Toke who is not fazed by the backlashes tweeted again,

“Have your own standard and keep to it. If it’s too high for someone, it’s definitely worth it for another.”
