2 tbsp coffee
4 pcs banana
1 scoop chocolate powder
125 ml low fat yoghurt
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Boil the water and brew the coffee. Chop the bananas while waiting for the water to boil.
Put the brewed coffee in a blender, add the yoghurt, chopped banana, protein powder and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Add milk or water to improve the consistency as desired.
