On a really really bad day, my motivation is my daughter. She’s my strength. She’s the reason I’m still here now. I think God blessed me with that little girl now because she makes me always know where I’m going. When I’m in a bad mood and she says, ‘mummy are you okay?’ I remember where I want us to get to.

I remember that I want to prove a lot of people wrong. I remember that I must live so that my child can live. I remember that all of my past is behind me and this is a new future and God knows why he put me here as the guardian of this little girl, so, I have to survive for her to survive. I have to succeed for people to see that there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
