Woman Loses Ovaries And Fallopian Tubes While Seeking Solution To Infertility

After five years of marriage without a child, 29-years old Victoria Isaac sought a doctor for help, unfortunately, she lost a lot to the surgery that was meant to help her have a child.

Victoria had been diagnosed of Left Mucinous Ovarian Cyst, which needed an immediate evacuation, but after surgery, she could not defecate. Her husband complained to the doctor who carried out the surgery and he prescribed drugs for her to use.

Her husband told The Sun that she started breathing heavily and her body became weaker as she started gasping for breathe but was stabilised after being rushed to the hospital.

The doctor, then referred the couple to a government hospital and it was there the problem was detected.

At the government hospital, Victoria’s husband was invited into the theatre room to see the mistakes made on his wife by the surgery carried out on her by the first doctor.

The medical report also showed that they could not see her Ovarian and Fallopian tubes.

He said,

I was shocked to see by myself, apart from the doctor’s confirmation, that my wife’s small intestine organ, which I was shown directly in my wife’s stomach, has been negligently severed by the NIQUAD Clinic’s Chief Medical Doctor and was tied in different places with threads, which the doctors had to loosen in order to carry out a successful surgery.

The most surprising thing is that the CMD never told me or my wife that he mistakenly or negligently cut my wife’s small intestine organ and tied it up with threads during the surgery. He only gave me a referral letter to another hospital.
