Women Share Their Horrible Experiences With The Special Anti-Robbery Squad As They Call For Its End


Many Nigerians are calling for the end of Special Anti-Robbery Squad, popularly called SARS. SARS was established to fight crimes but many stories online have accused them of doing the opposite.

According to many, SARS officials are extortionists, maltreats and tortures innocent people for flimsy things as carrying laptops, dressing ‘scantily’ or walking late at night.

The conversation is still ongoing on social media platforms with the hashtag #EndSARS with youths sharing their bitter experiences with them, sadly, even women tweeted of their experiences with SARS.
