Fifteen Women Read Passages From “Dear Ijeawele Or A Feminist Manifesto In Fifteen Suggestions “ In Their Different Languages

   

Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie was at the just-concluded International Film Festival & Forum For Human Rights in Geneva, where her book, Dear Ijeawele or A Feminist Manifesto in Fifteen Suggestions, got a special reading.

At the event, fifteen women of all ages and backgrounds read in their language, passages from the book. Chimamanda also read and translated one of the chapters in her own in Igbo.
