They Deserve Some Accolades! The Aghoghovbia Sisters Bottle and Sell Chapman In The UK

dvees.com

Known as the Aghoghovbia girls, their love for food birthed a business called, DVEES.

Growing up, Voke, Vona, Vese and Vome were surrounded with parents whose love for food inspired them to create many recipes.

From making crab soup to homemade cakes, their dad had numerous cooking and baking sessions with them as he always came home with food from the latest restaurant he discovered.

While their dad encouraged the flare for the western twist, their mum also made sure they knew how to cook African foods.

“Our love for food has built a desire to share our rich culture and heritage which celebrates food, our unique burst of flavours and the ingenuity of West African cooking. We are passionate about pioneering West African fine dining and flavours through the creation of unique products,” their website reads.

Their product ranges from drinks, condiments and tea.

Wow! Look at God. Who am I that you are mindful of me? Thank you sir 🙌#Repost @lanreolusola (@get_repost) ・・・ Yesterday, I made a post about some Oyinbo men who had packaged“Ikoyi Chapman” they used to drink when they were in Nigeria, and have now commercialized in the UK. Several people tagged me about a team of 4 Nigerian sisters, @dvees_ who bottle and sell Chapman in the UK too. Whilst my post was not really about Chapman but about owning our uniqueness and local resources and taking them global; I visited DVEES’ page and I liked what I saw. And so I want to celebrate them for their work. They have packaged their products really nicely and are making us proud. @dvees_ please tell us about your products in the comments, and where we can get them. . . Why don’t we start something? Tag me and point me in the direction of businesses using our Nigerian resources to create unique products and services and we will celebrate at least one every Saturday (with God helping me to remember and see all the tags 😂). I look forward to trying out @dvees_ Chapman and Zobo tea when I visit soon. Shalom! #TheCatalyst #Nigeria #BeAllYouCanBe #CatalystCelebrates #CreatorsMindset #SecretsofWealthandSuccess
