This Is What Eunice Atuejide Will Do If She Does Not Become President In 2019

Following her experience with the school she enrolled her daughter in the UK, Presidential aspirant, Eunice Atuejide may decide to focus on education instead of power, if she does not win the election.

This is why….

You see ehn, oyibo know how to educate children mbok.
Mia has been going to school settings since she was 9 months old, so getting into the rhythm in primary school is not a big deal for her.

Yet, I was allowed to linger for as long as I liked in case she needed me. The teachers did not carry canes or start by barking orders at the new pupils like we see on first days of school in Naija. Instead, the kids were provided with books, writing pads, pencils, water colours, toys, play areas, sand boxes etc. and allowed to choose where to start from.

Trust my Mia, she visited all stations within an hour. She drew, wrote out her name (her favourite pastime these days), unpacked an LOL doll, painted, washed clothes in the washing machine, ironed them, cooked, served the meal to her new friends, built a high rise and a castle, and danced! All within the hour I was sitting around quietly observing her! And I said, kai! We have a very long way to go at home. Really long way faa!

I told Dr. Sunday Adelaja that I would perform best in the Power sector if I am not President in 2019. I have changed my mind. Education it is for me if Presidency eludes me in 2019. I want every child in Nigeria to feel as special as my girl felt on her first few days in school.
