What’s one thing that’s happened to you that has made you a stronger?

One thing that has happened to me to make me a stronger woman is my line of profession. Choosing NURSING as my course of study in my UTME and being given BUILDING to study at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University changed my entire life. I still thank God everyday for not rejecting that course. Now We Build.

If you can say one thing to your 18 year old self, what will it be?

Seek Ye first the kingdom of God and all other things shall be added unto you.

If you don’t have to worry about making money, what would you do all day?

If I don’t have to worry about money, I would travel the whole world one country at a time to enjoy and learn diversities of cultures. Eat what I like anytime I like (I’m a foodie)

Would you like to be famous? In what way?

I’m a simple woman in love with developing and impacting my environment in any little way I can. If becoming the next minister of works, housing and infrastructure is considered being famous, then so be it.

What do you consider the most beautiful thing about your personality?

Proactivity.

Would you rather explore space or the deep sea? Why?

We were created as warm blooded animals by God. So I would rather stick to my upland niche; SPACE pls. Let the fishes and mermaids enjoy their freedom in the deep sea without interference from mammals

What is the one compliment that people always seem to give you?

That I’ve got a good heart and I love celebrating with people.

Do you believe in miracles? Have you ever experienced one? Please share.

Yes I do. God is still in the business of doing miracles. Still very expectant for mine.

Is there something that you’ve dreamed of doing for a long time? Why haven’t you done it?

I want to build and have my own house before I clock 30. I have the design already. (Money not complete yet)

What would make you leave someone you love?

May God not afflict us with situations beyond our strength.

When was the last time you complimented a complete stranger? What did you say?

Three days ago at UNILAG to my prospective M.Sc. course mate; You are brilliant.

Who is the strongest woman that you personally know? And why?

The strongest woman I personally know is Mrs Nike Okeowo. She was my COO at work for 2 years, that woman is so creatively hardworking. She still climbed a 4 storeyed building 3 days prior her delivery of a bouncing baby girl.

What is the most annoying thing you have heard people say about women in Nigeria?

I’m a building engineer and a facilities manager. It’s quite annoying when some men ( not all of them) believe that there are some things a woman can’t do in this built environment. They try to downgrade and second-place us but WE RISE still.

What is the one important thing about being a woman that you would want your daughter to know?

Being a woman takes a whole lot of sacrifice, prayerfulness, setting goals and accomplishing them. YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO DO.

If you have the power to fix one thing in Nigeria, what will it be and WHY?

POWER. Let there be light 24/7. Amen? Constant supply of electricity makes life easier. It’s the hub of life for entrepreneurs and employers of labour.

If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the mind or body of a 30-year old, which would you choose?

I won’t trade the mind of a 90 year old full of knowledge and profound experience for anything. We would still be sexily 30 at 90 years old though.(fitness guru😍)

Would you be willing to have horrible nightmares for a year if you would be rewarded with extraordinary wealth for a life time? Why or Why not?

Yes please. To sacrifice one year of unrest for a lifetime of bliss ain’t so bad. Lord have mercy.

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained one special quality or ability, what would it be?

Ability to foresee; to be able to read into the future. To be able to predict and know the next line of action to take at every particular point in time, T.

If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future or anything else, what would you want to know? Why or why not?

What am I still doing in this Nigeria? Why was I even born here in the first place? I want out!

If you had the opportunity to learn exactly what every person in your life really thinks about you, would you take it? Why or why not?

I’m so not interested. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and perceptions. Live and let live.

If you had to give up one of your limbs in exchange for there being a cure for cancer, would you do it?

Awwwwn… yes please. Come and take it already. The tales of woe and women being subjected to such fate ain’t palatable at all. More money should go into research for a lasting panache.

If someone paid you a million dollars to wear the same exact outfit every day for the rest of your life, would you do it?

What’s the value of such money when I can’t diversify and wear different eye-popping colours of my choice? I am fashion lover, so please.

If you could have a conversation with any type of animal in the world, what would you choose? What will you say?

LION. How are you fam? Let’s go conquer the world together
