Everything We Have Heard About the Woman Who Was Allegedly Murdered By Her Nanny in Abuja

   

A young mother of one, Yemisi Hassz, has been allegedly killed by her nanny, Johnson Becky, Asokoro area of Abuja, on the 23rd of September 2018.

The deceased friend, Ruby Glaore, who shared the sad news on Instagram, said that Becky had been working with Yemisi for 5 months before she struck, stabbing her in her sleep and carted away some valuables.

In a conversation with LIB, Ruby explained that Yemisi was married to an Isrealite, who was not always around, so, she lived with her young daughter, the nanny and the security guards.

On the day of the incident, Becky was said to have locked Yemisi and her daughter in the house after attacking her and left the house at about 11pm, in search of a taxi.

When the security guard confronted her, she lied that she was traveling to her village but they wouldn’t allow her go as they were not informed by Yemisi that she was traveling. The security guards called her phones but there was no response.

Pretending to go into the car to pick up her second phone to call Yemisi, Becky fled the house and had not been seen till date. Upon Yemisi’s husband’s instruction, the security guards broke into the house and then she was found her in a pool of her blood with stab wounds all over her body.

Yemisi has been buried while the search for Becky continues.

Yemisi’s husband, on his Instagram page wrote, “6-Sept-2018 our last hours together before I had to get back to work… six days later she was gone.”
