Ewa Agoyin is a street food commonly eaten in Lagos and other southern states of Nigeria. The beans is made to be extremely soft or mashed and is commonly eaten with sauce made from ground pepper, which is very spicy.
Ewa Agoyin sauce is also known for its generous palm oil, which flows round the beans.
