Weight loss is one of the hardest thing to do for anyone and it is not different for this twitter user, @IsitPretty_, who went from 550 pounds in 2015 to 210 pounds in 2018!
When she was younger, @IsitPretty_ was very slim but thick and she played a lot of sports but her asthma got really bad, she had to be placed on steroids daily and that affected her weight.

To help others who are struggling with the same condition, @IsitPretty_ shared how she lost her weight without visiting the gym until she became smaller.
For the first six months, I didn’t go to the gym because of health issues so I started changing what I ate & my proportion size… I cut out fried foods for a year. I cut out all sweets, lessen my bread intake a lot. I ate a lot of lean meats, everything was baked, boiled or grilled… eat a lot of vegetables like Cabbage, Collard Greens, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Peas, Green Beans, Salad with light dressing, I only ate brown rice and mashed potatoes occassionally. I ate a lot of eggs too, only drank 100 per cent fruit juice, crystal light and water… No sodas.

Now unto snacks….
I ate crackers, baked chips, almonds, peanuts, string cheese, different types of fruits, popcorn, veggie straws…
Its also very important that you eat 6 times a day, 3 meals, 3 snacks to make sure you keep your metabolism alive.. and don’t over indulge.. make sure its not too much on your plate…
Start with a little and if you’re still hungry, you can always go back and get a little more… I didn’t eat dinner past 7pm and my last snack was between 9pm and 10pm.
Then with work out:
I just walked and swam… you burn more calories swimming and doing water aerobics but recently, I just started going to gym now that I’m way smaller
She definitely came a long way.
