In 2012, Olawunmi Egwatu got married to her husband and they had their first child almost immediately. In 2014, they decided to try for another baby and she conceived.
But six weeks after, she had a miscarriage. In 2015, she took in again but four weeks after, she lost it. In December 2015, she was placed on fertility medication and not long after, she got pregnant.
In 2016, she started feeling serious pains and she was told at the hospital that she had an ectopic pregnancy. A surgery was done and that was how she lost her third pregnancy and one of her tubes was removed.
With one tube left, she was advised to do the IVF procedure but she couldn’t afford it. In July 2017, Olawunmi got pregnant naturally and her pregnancy went well.
She delivered a set of twin girls on March 16, 2018.
