For many women, loosing post-pregnancy weight can be a struggle, however, it is important to return to a healthy weight after delivery. A model and a mother of one, Efeturi Rukky Vivienne-Ohwerhi shared how she lost her pregnancy weight on her Instagram page. According to her, she went the natural ways without the use of pills or girdle.
So have been whining and holding myself whether to post this picture or not for the past months😩 No! I wasn’t ashamed of how I used to look after childbirth😁 or maybe I wasn’t just confident enough to put this up on my page
Anyways the picture on the left was me 1week after having my baby and I was looking like that for weekssss (big black soft saggy tommy,black stretch marks on the sides of my waist thankfully none on my tommy,big fat back) coupled with the fact people kept telling me to add weight if not I ll b having a flat ass thin hands and big tommy 🤣😂those words hurt me like crazy🤦♀️ fast forward to my tips👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿
No I didn’t workout or go on a diet meal during the 1 year.., I bounced back naturally -tied my tommy for the first 3weeks (with African cloth) (from your navel down)
-drank plenty of warm liquid for the first 3months(say no to cold water especially)
-exclusive breastfeeding for a few months(takes ur tommy back to normal like magic) because breastfeeding helps to reduce the uterus(the size of your tommy increased triple times even after having your body,so while breastfeeding it helps reduce it a lot faster)
-you can’t breastfeed exclusively for a few months? Scared of saggy boobs? Why not try massaging(lifting)your boobs with olive oil before going to bed at night? IT WORKS!
-For the next 4 months sleep with your tommy facing downward it works like magic! (My mom taught me)
No stretch marks on my tommy why?🙊
During the 9months of pregnancy and even after childbirth I continuously used Shea butter on the surface of my tommy whenever it was itching and even when it wasn’t 😋 It’s easy right?? You just have to be consistent, I mean really really consistent.
