Mistakes are inevitable and a normal part of life. Taking responsibilities of our mistakes is a great way to learn, and to avoid doing the same thing again. But when the same mistake happens again, it is disappointing to family and friends.
The daughter of Senator Ademola Adeleke, popularly known as the dancing senator, Folashade Adeleke shared her father’s reaction when he heard that she was pregnant out of wedlock again.
Folashade, a YouTube vlogger was updating her fans on the journey of her pregnancy when she mentioned that one of the things she has had to deal with was her father’s reaction to her pregnancy. According to her, she had her first son out of wedlock and that was when she was young. And now that she’s expecting another baby outside wedlock too, she says her dad thinks that her life is over.
Here’s her father’s exact words to her
So my dad had gotten wind of the fact that I was pregnant and he called me and basically told me how my life was going to be over and how I’m not married and this is my second child. It really discouraged me because me being a Christian, I knew I wasn’t ready for an abortion because I’m not killing my child…
It’s crazy because when I had Kobe (my first child), I was young. I wouldn’t say Kobe was a mistake but the situation was a mistake and this situation, even though we didn’t plan it, I’m in love with him Aso (her partner), I’m not about to kill our child, I will not be able to live with myself. It was like a nightmare for me and I just felt like I just wanted to die.
I love my dad but as a father and a Nigerian father, he’s been giving me the hardest time with this pregnancy.

I’m not here to judge but “first” was a mistake, repeating it the second time means she’s foolish with no good morals. It her life thou🙄

I don’t judge so I won’t be judged as well. But then, its not right whether as a Christian,Muslim or a Pagan to start having kids when you’re yet to be married. If it happens once, its a mistake. When it repeats itself,it becomes your choice
She alone knows why she chose that path. Safe delivery to her
