Olufunmi Ehuwa is a lawyer during the day and a woman of many skills and talent at night.

She is the founder of Tasty Corridors, an indigenous online-based food brand that produces and packages yummy African foodstuff into ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook form.

She is also the founder of SideHustleChick, where she offers business advisory to small businesses and proffer in-depth guidance on how to position their businesses for profit and impact.

How She Started Tasty Corridors Catering

While waiting to get a Legal job, she started @tastycorridors to solve a need in her environment.

She started with $8 and had to plough back the profit into the business to grow. At some point, she developed an investment program and she got some friend, relatives and even customers to invest in her business.

While trying to grow, she also had to learn how to operate a local food business in the online space, how to pitch her business, and also how to apply for local grants for small businesses.

Now, with Tasty Corridors, she makes cooking a less daunting task for the modern African woman with her convenience products like Aganyin Sauce, Ready-to-Cook Honey Beans, Garri Ijebu, Ofada Rice and Ofada Oil.

She is achieving her goal to solve food problems in her environment.

Why She Started SideHustleChick To Help Other Entrepreneurs

While growing her business, she garnered knowledge in the digital marketing space, storytelling, video editing, mobile product photography, and many more.

With these skills, she was able to draw attention to her brand online.

At a point, she started offering these services to small businesses who had challenges in these areas, and that is how her other business @sidehustlechickng was born.

During the pandemic, she also taught small business owners how to leverage the digital platform to improve sales and also impact their community positively.

Her Books

She wrote a book to help women who want to start side hustles with little capital. The book titled ‘The Smart Side Hustle‘ contains over 55 profitable side hustles ideas you can start with little or no capital. It has had a positive impact on countless women.

You can contact her using the information below to order her book ‘The Smart Side Hustle‘ and her new book ‘Beyond The Pain, Love Me Some More‘

Her Advice To Entrepreneurs

My advice to entrepreneurs is to stay through to the cause and remember why you started in the first place. This will give you a deep sense of purpose.

The world needs to experience your awesomeness, stop second-guessing yourself. Start with what you have, and from where you are.

Finally, stay focused and remain consistent, it will set you apart from the rest.

I have come to realize that success is a journey and not a final destination. The goal is to always do better than I did yesterday and to have a positive impact on my environment.
