Why She Wrote The Book
A few years back, I took the bold decision to address my weight, get my body back and stay on top of my health. Like many people, I tried one fad diet after another with no visible or sustainable result. In fact, things got worse and I went from being overweight to obese.
By April 2018 I was ticking on the far-right redpoint of the BMI scale. This was a scary place to be considering the family history of various weight-related health conditions. Then I found the right information, applied it and in 6 months, I transformed my body, lost over 20kg and have since regained control of my weight.
I learnt a lot along the way and have decided to put these in a book to help as many people as possible who may still be struggling with obesity and overweight or caught up in the vicious ‘diet – lose weight – regain weight’ cycle.
